Psycho Cop

“He's the last cop you'll ever meet.”

Officer Joe Vickers (Robert R. Shafer) wears a police uniform and a badge, and he is also a devoted Satanist who likes to kill people. When he comes across a group of teenagers spending their vacation in a wood hut, he decides to investigate. Wallace Potts made this direct-to-video slasher in 1989, and it comes down to a plain fear: the person with the authority to help you is the one you should run from.
