“Lawless cops and a savage killer battle to the bitter end!”

Kang Chul-joong (Sul Kyung-gu) is a detective with a reputation for dirty dealing, a man who bends every case toward his own advantage. Then a killer turns up who has murdered his own parents, and Kang goes after him in earnest for the first time, with Jo Kyu-hwan (Lee Sung-jae) in his sights. A policeman with no honest habits has to learn how to do the job properly, against a man who kills without cause.
