Puella Magi Madoka Magica the Movie Part I: Beginnings

Madoka Kaname (Aoi Yuki) is an ordinary middle-schooler who wants to be of some use to the people around her. Then Kyubey offers her and her best friend Sayaka Miki (Eri Kitamura) one wish each, in return for fighting witches as magical girls. Yukihiro Miyamoto retells the first half of the series, and Homura Akemi (Chiwa Saito) stands in Madoka's path, trying to stop her from ever saying yes.
