Houston attorney Mike Weiss (Chris Evans) is brilliant in court and falling apart outside it, his drug addiction eating at his career. When he and his partner Paul Danziger (Mark Kassen) take the case of a nurse injured by a contaminated needle, they run into a $130 billion medical supply monopoly. The Kassens, who also directed, keep the focus on Mike and Paul, two partners whose loyalty is tested by how far each will go.
