“Now the legacy can be told.”

Eric Weiss (Jacob Witkin) has spent his whole life fascinated by Andre Toulon, the puppeteer who could breathe life into his carved figurines. Then Maclain (Kate Orsini), a rogue agent, breaks into his lab, wanting to know how the magic worked. Charles Band builds most of the film from flashbacks, lifting scenes from the seven Puppet Master movies that came before.
