“Four Friends Looking For A Little Harmony”

Beechcroft is a retirement home for musicians, and its residents are busy preparing the annual concert for Verdi's birthday. Cissy (Pauline Collins), Reggie (Tom Courtenay) and Wilf (Billy Connolly) rehearse as they always have, until Jean (Maggie Smith) arrives. Dustin Hoffman, directing for the first time, follows her through the corridors, a diva who was once married to Reggie and now refuses to sing.
