“Kevin Bacon is Jack Casey. He traded in his three-piece suit for a ten-speed and the streets.”

Jack Casey (Kevin Bacon) loses his nerve after one disastrous call and walks away from his life as a stock market whiz kid, trading the trading floor for a bike messenger job in San Francisco. Now he cuts through traffic delivering packages, drawn to a fellow rider, Terri (Jami Gertz), and taken in by Hector (Paul Rodríguez), who is chasing a business of his own. Thomas Michael Donnelly puts the cameras in the middle of the street traffic and keeps the pace fast.
