Quigley Down Under

“The West was never this far west.”

Matthew Quigley (Tom Selleck), an American sharpshooter, crosses the Pacific to take a job from the Australian land baron Elliott Marston (Alan Rickman), who wants the dingoes on his property killed. Simon Wincer sends him into the dry outback country just as he learns Marston's real target is the Aboriginal people living there, and he refuses to fire. Crazy Cora (Laura San Giacomo), a fellow American stranded in the territory, stays beside him.
