“Politics ... and Beyond”

Samar Pratap (Ranbir Kapoor) wants to stay out of the family business, but a fiercely fought election pulls him in beside his cousin Prithviraj (Arjun Rampal) and the scheming Brij Gopal (Nana Patekar). Prakash Jha puts a whole family, and the friends and rivals around it, inside one campaign where money and corruption are the accepted terms. Love and friendship turn into bargaining chips, and the people closest to each other keep being traded away.
