Rabiye Kurnaz vs. George W. Bush

Rabiye Kurnaz (Meltem Kaptan), a housewife and mother in Bremen, only wants her son Murat back after he is detained in Guantanamo Bay in 2001. She goes to the police, then to the authorities, and keeps hitting the same wall, until the lawyer Bernhard Docke (Alexander Scheer) agrees to take her case. Andreas Dresen follows the paperwork and the waiting, and every day that passes is another day her son stays locked away.
