Rachel Zimmerman (Fanny Ardant), a home cook with a gift for schemes, has taught her sons Sam (Mathieu Kassovitz) and Jérémie (Nicolas Duvauchelle) the family trade of small cons and petty theft. One night during a burglary they accidentally steal a Tamara de Lempicka painting worth far more than they knew, and detective Céleste (Laetitia Dosch) begins closing in. The real fortune in this family was never the painting but the chaos they make together.
