Radiofreccia

Ivan "Freccia" Benassi (Stefano Accorsi) is a restless young man in a small Italian town who wants a place for himself and his friends. That place turns out to be a radio station they build and keep running for eighteen years. Luciano Ligabue, a rock singer making his first film, frames it all as one last broadcast on April 24, 1993, with the station about to go off the air and a founder telling its story.
