“Land of the Free. Home of the Insane.”

Bill Williamson (Brendan Fletcher) is a young man who has decided that nothing short of a shock will wake people up. He storms a TV station and takes hostages, with a political message to broadcast and no interest in money. Uwe Boll sets it up as a sequel to Rampage (2009), and the hostages, Bill's demands and the standoff all hang on a single night.
