Rampage: President Down

“This Bill will not be vetoed”

Bill Williamson (Brendan Fletcher) is back, alive and scouting the area around Washington, D.C., with a new aim: a disruption big enough to send consequences around the world, starting with the President and his Secret Service detail. Uwe Boll keeps Bill on the move, with FBI agents James Molokai (Steve Baran) and Vincent Jones (Ryan McDonell) working his trail. Bill has a girlfriend (Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe), and what binds the two of them runs alongside the plot.
