Ransomed

“Two men. Bag of money. No support.”

Min-jun (Ha Jung-woo), a young diplomat, wants to bring home a Korean hostage everyone else gave up on two years ago. A phone call proves the man is alive, and Min-jun is sent to Beirut in 1986 with a bag of ransom money. Kim Seong-hun sets the mission against the Lebanese civil war, and Min-jun has a stranger's word, a bag of cash and a man's life at stake.
