Ratchet (James Arnold Taylor) is a mechanic who wants more than fixing ships, and his dream is to join the Galactic Rangers, the elite squad led by the heroic Captain Qwark (Jim Ward). Then he finds Clank (David Kaye), a small robot, and together they sign on to stop Chairman Drek (Paul Giamatti) from threatening the galaxy. Kevin Munroe's film is bright with color and noise, a cluster of worlds with Ratchet at the center, grinning.
