Rattlers

(1976)Directed by John McCauley82 min · PGHorror
“What a horrible way to die! They're waiting to slither you!”

Rattlers (1976) opens on a string of fatal rattlesnake bites in the desert, enough that Dr. Tom Parkinson (Sam Chew Jr.), a herpetologist, comes out to look into it. Working alongside Ann Bradley (Elisabeth Chauvet), he finds the snakes have been infected by a nerve gas the military dumped in the sand. John McCauley directs. Colonel Stroud (Dan Priest) and the Army would rather the gas never be traced, and Parkinson has to prove it before the bites keep coming.
