Jimmy Roberts (Dominic Janes) is the kid at school everyone ignores until they need a favor from him, and all he wants is to be noticed for himself. After a freak accident, a brain transplant is the only way to keep him alive, and the brain comes from Milt Appleday, a famous cartoon creator. Bruce Hurwit's live-action film follows Jimmy as he wakes up able to see cartoons, with his place at school and his own mind both hanging in the balance.
