At Roswaal's mansion, Subaru Natsuki (Yusuke Kobayashi) has a rare stretch of quiet and spends it planning a date with Emilia (Rie Takahashi). He walks the nearby village, and the local children help him settle on the perfect spot. Masaharu Watanabe and Tatsuya Koyanagi turn to the cold that closes over the mansion on the day itself, and Subaru's hope for the date rests on Emilia.
