Nick Pirandello (Jim Belushi), a womanizing CIA agent, is told to hand a delicate job to the last person he'd pick: Bob Wilson (John Ritter), a nervous insurance agent. The two are paired up to make sure a deal with aliens goes through, a deal that decides the future of mankind. Dennis Feldman sets them loose together, and if the pairing fails, so does everything else.
