Rebels

Sandra Dréant (Cécile de France) comes back to Boulogne-sur-Mer after fifteen years, fleeing a violent husband in the south with no money and no one waiting. She takes a job at a fish cannery, where Marilyn (Audrey Lamy) and Nadine (Yolande Moreau) become her friends, until a fight with a colleague ends in his death. Allan Mauduit writes it as a comedy about women with little to lose, and what they hold onto is each other.
