Minutes after the first film ends, a SWAT team led by Jefe (Óscar Zafra) enters the sealed Barcelona apartment building with Dr. Owen (Jonathan D. Mellor), a medical officer sent to contain the outbreak. Every man wears a helmet camera, and Paco Plaza and Jaume Balagueró let those lenses be all we see. Owen knows far more about what is inside than he admits, and the people with the guns are the last to learn it.
