Recep Ivedik

“A folk hero”

Recep İvedik (Şahan Gökbakar) is a loud, ungroomed man who treats every room he enters as his own, and he has just found a rich man's wallet. Togan Gökbakar sends him on a long, rattling drive in an old car to hand it back, with an old love and a taste of luxury waiting at the other end. The wallet is not his, but the wealth it points to, and the life he is about to step into, are already within reach.
