A prosecutor (George Constantin), a militiaman and a teacher march two students, Vuică (George Mihăiță) and Nicu, into a restaurant to act out the drunken brawl that landed them in custody. A film crew shoots it as a warning about alcohol, and Lucian Pintilie stages the job in the flat manner of a training reel. The two boys hit their marks, and Vuică has to keep playing the worst night of his life for a camera that wants a lesson.
