Red Dawn

“In our time, no foreign army has ever occupied American soil. Until now.”

It is the dawn of World War III, and Soviet and Latin American forces have landed in a small Colorado town. Jed (Patrick Swayze) and his younger brother Matt (Charlie Sheen) flee into the mountains with a handful of classmates, among them Robert (C. Thomas Howell) and Erica (Lea Thompson). John Milius shoots the teenagers as a ragged band moving through open country, the pace tight and the dread constant.
