Red Like the Sky

A tape recorder turns up at a school for blind children, and a boy named Mirco (Luca Capriotti) starts to hear what he can build from it. He was sent there after an accident left him nearly sightless, and Don Giulio (Paolo Sassanelli) runs the place by strict rules. Cristiano Bortone draws on the childhood of sound editor Mirco Mencacci, and what Mirco has to lose is the only door the recorder has opened.
