Natasha (Nadia Bjorlin) loves fast cars, and she wants her band, the hottest unsigned act on the West Coast, to be heard. Instead she lands in illegal drag-racing competitions run by exotic-car fanatics, where Carlo (Nathan Phillips) and Infamous (Eddie Griffin) move through the same crowd. Andy Cheng sets the races among the money and the engines, and Natasha keeps showing up, drawn to the speed.
