“The Feel Good Event of the Year!”

A Lecturer (Alan Cumming) stands before a small 1930s American town and warns it about the Harper Affair. According to him, a promising young man named Jimmy Harper (Christian Campbell) was ruined by a new drug called marijuana. Andy Fickman stages the warning as a full musical, with Jimmy's girlfriend Mary Lane (Kristen Bell) fighting to get him back before the Reefer Den takes him for good.
