“So young... So bad... So what?!”

Jenny (Linda Carol) is sent to a women's reform school run by the sadistic Warden Sutter (Sybil Danning) and her henchwoman Edna (Pat Ast). She wants out from the first day, and the other girls have rules of their own, chiefly the bully Charlie (Wendy O. Williams). Tom DeSimone keeps the story moving through its gates and corridors, where the warden's authority is the only thing that holds.
