Someone at school is making Jochem (Stefan Collier) miserable, and everyone seems to know it. David (Robin Boissevain) sees it too, yet says nothing, even as the three bullies keep going and the guilt settles in. Dave Schram adapts Carry Slee's 1997 novel Spijt, and what he puts in front of us is how much a silent bystander carries.
