Relentless

“Killers aren't born. They're made.”

Bodies are turning up across Los Angeles, and the only link the police can find is that the victims were chosen at random from a phone directory. Detectives Bill Malloy (Robert Loggia) and Sam Dietz (Leo Rossi) take the case, working a killer who leaves them no pattern to follow. William Lustig keeps them on the street, while Buck Taylor (Judd Nelson) turns up in their paperwork, a name in a phone book.
