Rememory

“We are nothing more than the memories we keep.”

Sam Bloom (Peter Dinklage) wants to know what happened to Gordon Dunn (Martin Donovan), the professor whose invention could record a person's memories and play them back. Carolyn Dunn (Julia Ormond), his widow, finds the machine among his things, and Sam starts questioning the people who knew him. Mark Palansky keeps Sam close to the screen, a man who keeps watching other people's pasts because he can't leave his own alone.
