“Some humans are unstoppable”

William Foster (Keanu Reeves) is a neuroscientist whose family dies in a car accident, and he cannot make himself accept it. With his colleague Ed Whittle (Thomas Middleditch), he sets out to bring them back, breaking the law and the ethics of his own field to do it. Jeffrey Nachmanoff keeps the story close to the lab and the family home, so the grief and the science share the same rooms.
