“A secret experiment. A deadly virus. A fatal mistake.”

Alice wakes with no memory in an underground research facility as a viral outbreak turns the staff into flesh-eating creatures. She and a team of commandos led by Rain (Michelle Rodriguez) descend deeper into the complex to contain the spread and uncover what happened. Rain and Alice survive long enough to recognize each other as the only ones who might make it out, but the virus and the facility itself have other plans.
