Rest Stop

“The First Stop on the Road to Hell”

In Texas, Nicole Carrow (Jaimie Alexander), an aspiring actress, leaves for Los Angeles with her boyfriend Jess Hilts (Joey Mendicino). They take a shortcut down an old road and pull into a rest stop, where Jess is taken by the driver of a yellow truck. John Shiban keeps Nicole alone in that one place for a long night, and the fear is the plain kind: being stranded far from anyone who could help.
