“Fighting fit”

Kat (Cobie Smulders) is a personal trainer who wants her clients to work harder, and she says so, usually at a volume that costs her patience with everyone around her. Trevor (Guy Pearce) owns the gym and has his own ideas about what a body, and a business, should be. Andrew Bujalski lets the new client's money pull both of them off their routines, and the film is about how people change a little, or only try.
