Return to Oz

“An all-new adventure down the yellow brick road.”

Dorothy (Fairuza Balk) can't sleep since the cyclone, and her talk of Oz has Aunt Em (Piper Laurie) sending her to a clinic where Dr. Worley (Nicol Williamson) plans to treat her with electricity. A mysterious girl helps her escape, and Dorothy wakes in an Oz that has been conquered, its people turned to stone. Walter Murch sets her against Princess Mombi (Jean Marsh) and the Nome King, with Oz and the friends she makes there hanging on whether she can undo them.
