Revenge of the Cheerleaders

“It's High School the Way We Remember It ... Although It Never Happened Quite Like This!”

The cheerleaders of Aloha High, led by Gail (Jerii Woods) and Heather (Cheryl Smith), set out to stop the school board president from closing their school and bulldozing the land for a shopping mall. The school is anarchic, the squad is frisky, and nobody in the building is in any hurry to learn anything. Richard Lerner keeps the camera loose and the mood easy, treating the whole mess like an endless summer afternoon.
