Ride in the Whirlwind

“Ride with the Easy Rider into an action whirlwind.”

Vern (Cameron Mitchell) and Wes (Jack Nicholson), two cowboys riding through open country, spend a night at a hideout that turns out to belong to an outlaw gang. A posse arrives and takes them for the gang's own, and the two, with a third rider, run. Monte Hellman gives them no way to prove who they are, so Vern keeps moving, with nothing to his name but the horse under him.
