Righting Wrongs

Jason Chan (Yuen Biao) is a Hong Kong lawyer who has watched the courts protect the people he prosecutes, and after a key witness and his whole family are murdered, he decides to deliver justice himself. Senior Inspector Cindy Si (Cynthia Rothrock) is soon assigned to the vigilante's trail. Corey Yuen sets the two on a collision course, each sure the other is on the wrong side of the law.
