Road to Morocco

(1942)Directed by David Butler82 minComedy, Music, Adventure, Romance
“You'll Shriek At These Shieks! . . . trying the double - Oh! on Sheikess Dorothy Lamour!”

Jeff Peters (Bing Crosby) and Orville Jackson (Bob Hope) wash up on a desert shore with nothing but their patter, and the first town they find looks lifted from the Arabian Nights. There they meet Princess Shalmar (Dorothy Lamour), and both of them set out to win her, each sure he has the better line. David Butler directs the third of the "Road to" pictures, keeping the songs and the bickering moving at an easy clip.
