Why would two wealthy playboys sail for Singapore the moment their last romances go sour? Josh Mallon (Bing Crosby) and Ace Lannigan (Bob Hope) head for the fictional island of Kaigoon, set on forgetting the women behind them and keeping clear of any new ones. Victor Schertzinger sets them down beside a dancer named Mima (Dorothy Lamour), and the pledge they made to each other is already on the line.
