“Fast cars. Fast girls. Fast living.”

Nobody in a quiet 1950s town can say why a guitar-playing drifter named Dude Delaney (David Arquette) has shown up, only that the local sheriff, Sarge, wants him gone before he plays a note. Dude hangs around with Nixer (John Hawkes), a friend obsessed with B-movies, and meets Donna (Salma Hayek Pinault). Robert Rodriguez made this for Showtime in 1994, and Dude keeps stirring up trouble because it's the only thing he knows how to do.
