In Hong Kong in 1991, the inventor Ryuichi Yamamoto moves his mind into a powerful cyborg body and starts killing. One of his victims, the police officer Selina Lam (Chikako Aoyama), comes back as the super robot Eve-R27 and sets out after him with the android Ann (Amy Yip Chi-Mei) at her side. Jamie Luk Kim-ming cuts the fights and chases fast and loud, and the film never stops to rest.
