“He's back from the dead with a message from hell!”

Lynn Starling (Donna Scoggins) wants a clean start as the new lead singer of a rock band whose old frontman, Billy "Eye" Harper (Tray Loren), has been put to death. Then members of the group start turning up murdered, and Billy is said to be back from the dead to finish with his former bandmates. Beverly Sebastian sets the killing inside the world of stage lights and loud music, where being heard is the whole point.
