Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) returns home from Moscow with brain damage and his fortune gone, facing medical bills that threaten to take his house. He agrees to train Tommy "Machine" Gunn (Tommy Morrison), a hungry young fighter, at the gym where Mickey once made him a champion. But as Tommy rises and the bills pile up, Rocky has to decide what he still has left to protect.
