Rodrigue in Love

Stéphane (Baptiste Lecaplain) is a struggling actor who brings his small troupe to the Avignon Festival to stage a boulevard play, and one misunderstanding with the renowned actress Fanny (Élisa Erka) is all it takes to start a lie. He lets it stand, because it keeps him near her, and the festival is long. Johann Dionnet leaves Stéphane in the troupe's rented rooms, rehearsing the same lines he has already begun to bend.
