“You can't outrun the truth.”

In Britain, a man named Robert Freegard (James Norton) tells his victims he is an undercover MI5 agent, and they believe him. He draws in Sophie Jones (Marisa Abela) and Jenny Jackson (Sarah Goldberg), moving them from place to place and making others disappear into his story. Declan Lawn and Adam Patterson follow Alice Archer (Gemma Arterton), the woman who loved him, as she turns toward the man who fooled her.
