Rome, Armed to the Teeth

“He Lives by the Law - Tanzi's Law!”

Commissioner Leonardo Tanzi (Maurizio Merli) hits Rome's criminals hard and doesn't much care whether the law allows it. His latest chase leads to Vincenzo Moretto (Tomas Milian), a hunchbacked killer who carries a machine gun and answers to Ferrender, a French crime boss nobody can find. Umberto Lenzi sends Tanzi through the city's bars and back rooms, a cop whose methods are about to cost him as much as they cost the men he hunts.
