“The most dangerous love story ever told.”

No one in Verona can say why the Montagues and the Capulets hate each other, only that the hate has soured everything around them. Romeo (Douglas Booth) slips into a Capulet masked ball and meets Juliet (Hailee Steinfeld), and both learn too late whose child the other is. Carlo Carlei keeps the Shakespeare story intact, and it comes down to two young people choosing each other over the names they were born with.
